Privacy Policy

• Account details — your email, name, and any connected sign-in (e.g. Google), handled by our auth provider, Clerk.
• What you give us — the content you create or upload: CVs, documents, prep answers, presentations, and rehearsal transcripts and scores.
• Usage counters — a per-day tally of AI actions, used only to enforce fair-use limits and keep the service running.

Solely to provide the product: to personalize your prep, run rehearsals, and generate feedback. To do this we send the relevant content to our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), which processes it to produce a response. We do not sell your data, and your content is not used to train AI models.

When you mark a document Confidential, it and its analysis are used once and never stored. At any time, from your Profile, you can permanently delete any category of your data — rehearsals, presentations, prep, documents, plans, or your Career Memory — or all of it. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

All AI and database access happens server-side; provider keys are never exposed to your browser, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the attack surface small and store only what the product needs.

You can access, export (via the built-in downloads), or delete your data at any time, and close your account from your profile. If you're in a region with specific data rights (e.g. GDPR/KVKK), those rights apply.
