Terms of Service

A communication-coaching aid: it helps you prepare, rehearse, and get feedback. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or HR advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome (a job, a raise, an approval).

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a draft to review — verify anything important before you rely on it. You're responsible for what you say and send in the real conversations you're preparing for.

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload others' confidential or personal data unlawfully.
• Don't misuse the service — no illegal use, abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break limits or security.

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate responses). The Persona app, brand, and software remain ours.

The Free tier includes daily limits; Pro raises them. Limits and features may change as the product evolves. AI access may be paused temporarily if a daily safety budget is reached; core non-AI features keep working.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI output.

You can stop and delete your data anytime from your profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
